We are a family winery that produces cavas and signature wines.
Millesimé cava
This Cava, like Millessimé, is only made from specific vintages, considered by our technicians to be exceptional.
Its long ageing makes it broad and structured, with a creamy and deep texture. It is aromatic, awakening very complex aromas reminiscent of ripe peach and even toasted aromas (almond, hazelnut).
The production is very limited, each bottle is hand numbered one by one.
Its spectacular quality has made it worthy of several international prizes of great international level, such as the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, obtaining a Gold medal, or the Certainly TopWine, also with a Gold medal.

Sight: Straw yellow colour with bright reflections, small and persistent bubbles, forming a fine and regular rosary.
Smell: Fine aromas of long ageing on lees with a background of red fruits reminiscent of certain notes of torrents and smoked.
Taste: Smooth in the mouth, very balanced with intense flavours. Elegant and light, although full-bodied and with a very balanced acidity. The retronasal passage is broad and complex.
It is an excellent cava as an aperitif or even as a sundowner, thanks to its complexity and personality, which make it a very special cava to enjoy in a very special way.
In any case, it can be paired very well with pâtés, mild smoked meats or carpaccios.
Its optimum serving temperature is recommended between 6º and 8º.

Gran reserva cava
This is a Cava with a great personality, aged for a minimum of 40 months.
This cava is designed to be enjoyed on very special occasions.
Its great quality, has made it worthy of several international prizes of great world level, such as the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, obtaining a Gold medal, or the Certainly TopWine, also with a Gold medal.

Taste: It is smooth on the palate, the carbonic fermentation and acidity coexist in harmony. It is balanced with intense flavours, round and very well structured. Elegant and light, although full-bodied and with a very balanced acidity.
Its personality makes it suitable to accompany all meals, as it is a Gran Reserva capable of marrying a wide range of gastronomic dishes.
Perfect for pairing with oily fish and roasted dishes.

Rosé cava
Fresh, pleasant, balanced, well-structured, with a very well-integrated carbonic. Pleasant and rounded aftertaste, ideal as an aperitif at any time of the day; it goes perfectly with fish and seafood.

Smell: The nose is frank and fresh, with a dominance of wild fruits. Strawberry notes stand out above all against a background of mint.
Taste: Pleasant on the palate. Well-coupled carbonic, rich and dense. In its evolution it shows a varietal character, fresh and complex, at the same time fleshy but light, where the red fruits of the forest stand out above all, with a dominance of strawberry.
