Sight: Straw yellow colour with bright reflections, small and persistent bubbles, denoting a long ageing, forming a good crown, fine and regular rosary.
Smell: Fine aromas of long ageing on lees with a background of red fruits reminiscent of toasted and smoked notes. The retronasal passage is broad, powerful and complex.
Taste: It is smooth on the palate, the carbonic fermentation and acidity coexist in harmony. It is balanced with intense flavours, round and very well structured. Elegant and light, although full-bodied and with a very balanced acidity.
