Vinya del Drac
The Xarel·lo with its fresh and pure character. We can find the classic notes of apple and sweet pear, along with a sweeter thread of pineapple and melon. Some round and tasty citrus notes with a floral and fragrant wrapper.

Sight: Very bright and bright intense yellow.
Smell: Good aroma, both white fruit and white flower and vegetable.
On the palate: In the mouth it is very frank with a fruity entry with a fresh, dry and light finish.
It is advisable to eat it fresh at a temperature of 9 to 12 ºC in order to enjoy its organoleptic virtues. It is highly recommended to pair it with oyster or crustacean seafood salads.

Wine with a great personality, powerful, pleasant. Due to its nature, small precipitations typical of a red wine may appear. For this reason, it is advisable to decant and aerate it in order to fully enjoy its virtues. It has a long life, as long as it is kept in suitable conditions. Its consumption is suitable for meats, roasts, pâtés, sausages, cheeses and blue fish.

Sight: Red colour with purplish reflections, characteristic of a young wine with a good depth.
Smell: The aroma is powerful and pleasant. Surprisingly intense and with a set of aromas characteristic of the varieties of the coupage.
Taste: In the mouth we find a very pleasant and balanced wine. Well balanced tannins with a velvety sensation in the mouth, typical of Tempranillo.
